Chilli Pepper Chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoon’s Flour
- 1 Large Egg
Place in a steel bowl and stir until mixed thoroughly. Once ready you can either ad

Heat oil in a pan and cook for approx 4 minutes, turning once.
This is great with rice and a tomato relish.
